Regatta Bay

Regatta Bay is a mixed-use HOA community located on Coronado Island. iD8 was hired to resolve and mediate between homeowners, commercial owners, the city, and the HOA regarding a stalled project due to conflicting interests. Since that project, this firm was asked to identify and resolve several water intrusion problems within the community.
