Architectural and General Construction Services: located in Orange County, iD8 was hired to renovate and expand the pool deck which serves over 2,300 homes. iD8 developed the design plans in 2019 which included approvals from the HOA Board of Directors, the HOA Architectural Review Committee, the Planning Department, the Building Department, Public Works, the Health Department, the Fire Authority, Southern California Edison for electrical upgrades, and neighboring commercial businesses. The Board of Directors went out to competitive bid with four general contractors, including iD8, and selected this firm to provide construction services in 2021 due to our existing knowledge of the project requirements.



The scope of work included excavating into the adjacent hillside to expand the pool deck, renovating the pools, remodeling the interior and exterior of the clubhouse, expanding the clubhouse, landscape design, lighting plan, and new access control system, among many other designs plans.

New amenities were added such as a fire pit, barbecue area, cabanas, entry trellis, kitchen area for food preparation, workstations, ping pong table, and televisions.
