Palazzo East Apartments

Palazzo East is a luxury apartment complex in La Brea, Los Angeles. iD8 was hired to complete a few different projects at this community including wood pergola repairs and paint, metal fencing repairs, planter pots and plants replacements, sidewalk replacements and driveway repairs, permitting. iD8 also replaced the concrete podium deck and installed new waterproofing, flashing, and deck drains, and finished with custom-colored concrete.

This podium deck leads to the Leasing Office and the Club, therefore, maintaining the schedule was crucial for this project's success. Following these projects, iD8 completed the entry vehicle gate upgrades. The gate system provided secure, unmanned access to the property gate for residents.
