Architectural and General Contracting Services: This dual-tower high-rise is in downtown San Diego. iD8's services included a review, assessment, and prioritization of issues focused on the exterior balconies and the building's glazing system. iD8 defined the scope and scale of priorities by performing prototype repairs, with the goal of facilitating the definition and solicitation of competitive bids for community-wide repairs.
