Carlsbad La Costa Collection

Design-Build Services: this three-story HOA community is located in La Costa, Carlsbad, and, like many newer communities, went through construction defect litigation with the developer. Once settled, the HOA hired iD8 to review the expert reports, prioritize the repairs, and provide construction budgets. The scope of work included re-sloping and modifying decks throughout the community, replacing defective shutters, resolving systemic stucco cracking, and finishing these repairs with fresh, new colored paint.
