Miss Hall has ten years of experience in the HOA industry, specifically with reconstruction and renovation projects. In addition, she has over fifteen years of experience in customer service. Miss Hall was brought on as a partner of the firm originally to focus on business development. She quickly took on the operations responsibilities and was later promoted to Operating Officer. In this role, Miss Hall is responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day activities, ensuring the organization is managed and performing effectively and efficiently. She organizes and supervises the departmental managers, including Human Resources, and Architectural and Construction teams. In addition to Operations responsibilities, Miss Hall has maintained responsibilities for business development, marketing, outreach, and client liaison. She represents the firm in the industry through the Community Association Institute (CAI), the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), and the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
