With over 30 years of accounting experience, beginning as an intern with a CPA and including almost 20 of those years in construction specifically, Ms. Young brings a broad knowledge of construction accounting and processes with experience in all aspects of WIP accounting, from job costing and GAAP compliance to prevailing wages and subcontractor compliance ranging in revenue from $1m to $30m annually. She has worked closely with banks, insurance brokers, and vendors for favorable terms and lines of credit. She has experience hiring and managing full accounting departments and has implemented new accounting solutions to streamline processes.
