Mr. Harth’s thirty-nine years of experience in the building industry began in construction, evolved to practicing architecture as a licensed design professional, and has now returned full circle, concurrent with an ongoing architecture practice, to start a new construction firm. As a consulting or principal architect, he has authored or substantially contributed, in the analyses of discovered defective, deficient or non-compliant constructed conditions in a variety of project types. Principle work has included investigating and analyzing roof systems, exterior wall assemblies, fenestration systems, above and below-grade waterproofing, flashing materials and details, interior/exterior tile flooring/shower installations, and passive fire suppression systems. Mr. Harth also provides architectural, and now construction, services in multi-family and commercial reconstruction projects.
